Adrian Wall is an educator, author, public speaker, and seasoned business leader with substantial expertise in Web3 technologies, asset management, corporate governance, blockchain risk mitigation, and the intersection of stablecoins with financial inclusion. As Managing Director of DSA, Adrian is responsible for setting the strategic vision, orchestrating global advocacy and lobbying initiatives, and overseeing operational execution. He regularly authors influential white papers and research reports on Web3 innovations and public policy. Adrian also spearheads DSA's Learning Team tasked with designing and delivering educational content to a diverse audience, including Capitol Hill legislators and staffers, industry professionals, and university-affiliated educators and students.
Adrian is a graduate of Harvard College (AB Economics, cum laude, 2003) and was awarded the Harvard Kennedy School of Government Public Leadership Credential (2023).
