Gabe advises major banks, trading firms, exchanges, fintech companies, crypto-native businesses and corporations on the complex legal and regulatory issues that arise as financial markets, products and infrastructure evolve. He helps clients navigate interactions with regulators, implement legislative and regulatory requirements, defend against enforcement actions and advocate for fit-for-purpose regulation. He has particular depth in CFTC and SEC derivatives regulation, Volcker Rule proprietary trading restrictions, prime brokerage, digital asset market structure and tokenization.
