Georgia Quinn is the Chief Legal Officer of Securitize, the leading tokenized securities platform. At Securitize, she oversees all legal and regulatory functions for the company’s suite of SEC-registered and regulated businesses, including its broker-dealer, digital transfer agent, fund administrator, and SEC-regulated Alternative Trading System (ATS). Under her leadership, Securitize provides a full spectrum of services—token issuance, investor onboarding, compliance, trading, and fund administration—within a robust, regulated framework.
Ms. Quinn is a recognized leader at the intersection of law, finance, and digital assets. Prior to joining Securitize, she served as General Counsel of Anchorage Digital, where she helped secure the first and only federal banking charter for a digital asset platform. She also served as General Counsel of CoinList, a premier cryptocurrency exchange and token issuance platform supporting top blockchain projects with compliant offerings, distribution, and liquidity.
An entrepreneur as well as an attorney, Ms. Quinn co-founded iDisclose (acquired by KingsCrowd), a legal technology company simplifying disclosure and document needs for startups and small businesses. She began her career in capital markets law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and later at Seyfarth Shaw, advising leading financial institutions and innovators.
Ms. Quinn holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from New York University, reflecting a unique blend of analytical rigor and creative vision.
