Noah Perlman

Noah Perlman is the Chief Compliance Officer at Binance, where he is in charge of overseeing the compliance program at the world’s largest crypto exchange by trading volume and users. 

Noah has nearly 30 years of experience in legal and compliance. Before Binance, he worked at Gemini, first as CCO and then as Chief Operating Officer. Noah also served as President and CEO of the Gemini Trust Company, LLC, a New York trust company regulated by the New York State Department of Financial Services. Before starting in crypto, he was a Managing Director and the Global Head of Financial Crimes at Morgan Stanley.
 
Earlier in his career, Noah was the Division Counsel for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration’s New York Division. Prior to his stint with DEA, he was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York where he held several supervisory posts including Special Coordinator for Crimes against Children and Deputy Chief of the Narcotics Section.
